Hi, I'm Carly, meditation and manifestation guide, passionate about helping you reconnect with your inner peace and unlock the life you were truly born to live. 

Not long ago I was stuck in a place that felt heavy, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Living in rainy Liverpool, I craved more than grey skies and going through the motions. I knew I was meant for something more- more freedom, more purpose, more light. Through deep inner work, consistent spiritual practice, and trust in something greater, I began to shift my mindset, energy and ultimately my entire life. 

Today I live in the sunshine state Florida, running a soulful business that allows me to support people from across the world. From guided meditations to manifestation coaching and in person mindfulness workshops, I now help people make the same transformation - from stuck and disconnected to aligned, empowered and free.
